1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 99ymm and use any gaming or betting service, you must be 21 years of age or older. The platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We reserve the right to verify age at any time. Registering with false information will result in permanent account closure and any balance may be forfeited.

2 One Account Only

Each person may create only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be closed and bonuses and winnings may be forfeited. Even when a family device or internet connection is shared, each member must register with separate information.

3 Providing Accurate Information

At registration and during any subsequent verification, you must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing incorrect or misleading information will be treated as a breach of these Terms. 99ymm may request a copy of your national ID or passport to verify your identity — this process is done to protect your funds.

4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately. Using a third party's account or allowing others to use your own account is strictly prohibited.

1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus up to ৳5,000 on their first deposit. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. A deposit of ৳8,000 earns the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳13,000.

2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x (on the bonus amount only). Example: if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳37,500 before withdrawing. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.

3 General Bonus Rules

• The bonus applies only once per account or household.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, 99ymm reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each promotion has its own validity period and conditions — these are stated separately on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.

Prohibited Activities

• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements through two or more accounts (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to access the platform through hacking, phishing, or any other fraudulent means.
• Harassing other members or using abusive language.
• Knowingly exploiting system bugs or technical errors.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third party's funds.

Consequences of Violations

If any of the above conduct is detected, 99ymm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without notice, forfeit bonuses and related winnings, and take legal action where necessary.

1 Platform Liability

99ymm makes every effort to keep its services uninterrupted and error-free. However, 99ymm is not liable for any incident caused by technical issues, internet disruptions, or third-party software. In such situations, we will endeavour to restore services as quickly as possible.

2 Liability for Gaming Losses

3 Third-Party Content

In the event of a breach of Terms, 99ymm reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice. If any legitimate balance exists in such cases, a decision will be made after review. In the case of bonus-related violations, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
